The Story Behind the Coffee:
The MGS Paraiso 2 variety is a cross between yellow catuai and a Timor hybrid which has been gaining popularity with farmers for its high cup quality and productivity. Some farmers in Brazil are even prioritizing the crop for future harvests. Our lot placed top 11 out of 500 samples in the CERRADO MINEIRO REGION AWARD, that was tasted and graded by two juries made up of licensed tasters (Q-graders). Orange & Brown Importers won this coffee through auction and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.
Whole Bean:
This coffee is shipped as whole bean to maintain its distinctive flavor and aroma. For the perfect grind to match your brewing method, visit us in-store for personalized advice and grinding services.
