We’ve tweaked this page a few times because it’s hard to fully explain the essence of who we are. But for me, it really comes down to one thing. The coffee.

I believe everything else flows from that. The community, the experience, the moments people share. When the coffee is great, those moments become more memorable. That belief, paired with a constant desire to keep improving every coffee we roast, is what led me to devote my life to understanding it.

That’s why we source intentionally, roast deliberately, and quality control relentlessly. Not out of habit, but out of care. I want to share coffee I genuinely love with people I care about, and I want everyone who drinks it to feel that same enjoyment.

For us, the balance lives at the intersection of community and quality. There’s a competitive drive to push the craft forward every time, alongside a deep appreciation for other people’s happiness. Those two things live side by side here.

Everything else we do grows from that foundation. The drinks, the baked goods, the experiences, the community. They all exist because the coffee comes first.
