The Story Behind the Coffee
Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee producer from Quindío, Colombia, whose journey in coffee spans over four decades. After working as a mill manager for one of Colombia’s largest exporters, he began building his own legacy in 1987 with the purchase of Finca La Esmeralda. Today, with the guidance of his sons—founders of Cofinet—Jairo cultivates multiple farms and a range of exotic varietals including Pink Bourbon, Java, Papayo, and Gesha. His commitment to quality and innovation has transformed his farms into hubs of excellence, creating jobs for his local community and producing coffees known for their vibrant and complex profiles.

from 8 reviewsDelicious fresh coffee beans. I often come in after yoga for a flat white and it’s always delicious. I’ve bought the coffee beans and highly recommended buying them as well. Great staff and attention to detail
