Each person will take home 100 g of Wilton Benitez Geisha and 100 g of Ethiopia Kokose Natural, which will be used in the following experiments:
Experiment 1
Strength & Extraction
Using the V60, we'll manipulate grind, brew ratio and bypass water to experience the difference between how much we extract from the coffee and how strong it tastes in the cup.
Coffee Used: Ethiopia Kokose Special Prep Natural
Experiment 2
Water & Flavour
Keeping the coffee and brewing approach constant, we'll change only the water to experience how water composition can transform flavour in the cup.
