The Story Behind the Coffee
Quebraditas Coffee Farm is a family-run project located in the highlands of Oporapa, Huila, where fertile soils and careful cultivation practices come together to produce exceptional coffees. Grown at elevations between 1,600 and 1,850 metres, their lots undergo innovative fermentation techniques—including yeast inoculation and co-fermentation with fruits like strawberry—paired with thermal shock and slow drying. With a strong focus on soil health, shade management, and organic amendments, the Quebraditas team is dedicated to enhancing cup quality from seed to harvest, resulting in coffees that are vibrant, expressive, and full of character.

from 8 reviewsDelicious fresh coffee beans. I often come in after yoga for a flat white and it’s always delicious. I’ve bought the coffee beans and highly recommended buying them as well. Great staff and attention to detail
